Jūrmala’s summer concert life will begin with a special musical event – on 30 May at 19.00, Dzintari Concert Hall will host the opening concert of the summer season, dedicated to the works of favourite Latvian composers Raimonds Pauls, Imants Kalniņš and Zigmārs Liepiņš.

Singers Beāte Zviedre and Daumants Kalniņš shine equally in jazz and popular music and have played leading roles in musicals and rock operas, earning acclaim from both audiences and critics. The group Framest consistently captivates audiences with their stage presence, professional mastery and artistry, performing music across a variety of genres. Liepāja Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Jānis Liepiņš, will perform at the concert.

Raimonds Pauls, Imants Kalniņš and Zigmars Liepiņš are outstanding melodists, with each expressing an unparalleled sense of beauty and Latvian identity through their unique musical style. Their work blends classical traditions with elements of jazz, rock and popular music.
