The trio’s latest program is a concert dedicated to classical, melodic jazz—elegant and accessible to all listeners.

It will feature Latvian musical gems composed over two centuries, seamlessly intertwined with original pieces by Kristaps Vanadziņš, specially written for the trio. His music reflects the Latvian melody culture, enriched with intonations and dreamlike nuances unique to Vanadziņš. The concert program also includes works by outstanding Latvian composers such as Jānis Ivanovs, Uldis Stabulnieks, Mārtiņš Brauns, Raimonds Pauls, and others, arranged specifically for this musical journey.

Kristaps Vanadziņš about the program:
“Elegance is the purity of a man’s soul and self-confidence. Latvian elegance means the same to me – how to culturally integrate a written melody and elegantly present it to the listener. Melody always comes first in my music. Although in the trio we express our personalities through the prism of jazz, we do not limit ourselves to genre boundaries – music always plays the main role. Elegance is not just appearance but also attitude and work culture. Every note has its meaning.”
