The Christmas program “SNIEGUMS” by the a cappella group “Latvian Voices” is both a winter-themed play on words and a heartfelt intention by the singers to present their listeners with the most beautiful musical performance. In this program, the human voice and space come together with sound-enhancing equipment.

In the six-part harmonies and melodies of Latvian Voices, you will discover meditative Advent hymns such as “O Come Emmanuel” and “See Amid the Winter’s Snow,” as well as traditional winter solstice songs in modern arrangements, including “Pūtiet guni” and “Pūti, pūti, ziemelīti.” The program will also feature world-famous festive melodies like “Sleigh Ride” and “Winter Wonderland,” along with original songs created by the group members specifically for this program, such as “Sniegu sniegt” and “Ziemas stāsts,” among others.
