On July 31 at 8:00 PM, the Dzintari Concert Hall will host an exciting and spectacular evening: “Broadway Musical Hits!”

The program will feature well-known melodies from world-famous musicals and films such as Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Chicago, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, Singin’ in the Rain, and La La Land, performed by outstanding soloists Aija Vītoliņa, Ieva Kerēvica, Annija Putniņa, Daumants Kalniņš, Gustavs Melbārdis, and Maksims Busels.

The instrumental accompaniment will be provided by a band led by pianist Raimonds Petrauskis, featuring Ernests Mediņš (percussion), Toms Poišs (bass, double bass), Rihards Goba (guitar, banjo, ukulele), Indulis Cintiņš (violin), Dāvis Jurka (saxophone and flute), Matīss Žilinskis (keyboards), and Oskars Ozoliņš (trumpet).

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere will be a dance group led by choreographer Ieva Kemlere and a vocal ensemble. The evening will be hosted by Egils Melbārdis, actor of the Latvian National Theatre. Artistic director of the concert – Annija Putniņa.
